This house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Nuevo Arenal for shopping, restaurants and most necessities. It is only 45 minutes to La Fortuna which is the second most used Tourism town in Costa Rica if you love adventure. .Arenal is a 4000 population community of very friendly Tico residents and about 15% foreigners. The altitude is very comfortable 1800 feet in a low range forested, green, mountain area. Our town of Nuevo Arenal is the most popular town on Lake Arenal and there are many voluntary cooperative efforts and activities which enable you to meet your neighbors easily. No one need ever get bored. We truly live Pura Vida since it is easy to make friends and have a stress free life with pure fresh air, clean abundant water, and with soil and climate-perfect for growing food. The temperature is a mild 70F. average “year round” so stays green year round unlike the dry Pacific zone. Arenal is only a short 1 1/2 hour drive to the Capital city of our Guanacaste Province, Liberia, where there is an International Airport, major shopping and then another 20 minutes to the Pacific Ocean beaches making it easy to go overnight or a weekend to the beach of your choice. Some share a beach house rental and each can have partial months to save money for enjoying mini vacations or take visiting friends and family to a totally different atmosphere. Arenal is also only 45 minutes from the tourism town of La Fortuna, and 2 hours from the popular Monteverde Park. Relatives and friends love their visits.
