This lovely two bedroom, two bath furnished home is high up on a hillside over the town of Arenal with a spectacular view of Lake Arenal and the town. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The open concept of the kitchen, dining room and living room lead out to a large covered porch with these views. You will spend lots of time here as the climate is an average of 70F. year round.

We have a gardening club and people who will help you if necessary. Your caretaker will have a gardener for you to suit your needs.
This home is located only 10 minutes from the popular town of Arenal (old name was Nuevo Arenal) population 4000, including many Americans and Canadians, where you can buy most of the thing you need. The stores cater to foreigners if you just ask the managers for something you miss. There is also a larger town of 20,000 population, Tilaran, where there are many other stores and services. Arenal has many excellent restaurants which cater to both the local Ticos and to the expats and tourists who stay here. Arenal is a very friendly town as all share in projects to improve the living of all who live there. The friendly greeting is Pure Vida which you will hear often.
There are many things to do here. Book clubs, bridge and poker clubs, bicycling, pickleball, kayaking, paddleboading, hiking get-togethers, gardening club and just get-togethers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will never run out of things to do or you can simply relax and enjoy this wonderful environment. Costa Ricans are very family oriented and respect the elderly. The elderly are respected and are able to go to the front of lines in the clinic and banks if you have gray hair! Quite a change from other countries.
To get to the capital of Guanacaste Province called Liberia, you are only 1 1/2 hours on all paved roads. Then you are 15 minutes from the International Liberia Airport and another 20 minutes to the Pacific beaches on the Nicoya Peninsula where there are many well known international hotels. It has become a popular stop for many tourists.
This home is a bargain compared to the value you would get owning it. The caretaker lives just below which is a wonderful bonus. He is very honest and reliable. Living here in Arenal is a wonderful experience. You will hear this a lot from your new friends if you move here.
If the house is purchased, the buyers could have the opportunity to buy a 2013 Hundai Toucson in excellent condition with an automatic, gas engine and brand new tires.
