This well constructed home is in a community of six homes in a convenient area of Nuevo Arenal just 5 minutes from the town center. There is shopping available, many good restaurants and most needed facilities. From Nuevo Arenal you can get to the Liberia International Airport in under 2 hours and then on to the Pacific Beaches in another 20 minutes.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is selling unfurnished now but the owner is planning to furnish it soon and if so, I will update this website. It has a separate enclosed garage with a covered walkway to your home entrance. The gardens are well maintained with many tropical flowers and bushes.
