The house comes with a free boat slip for our dock (maximum size of boat to dock = 23 ft.). This is the ONLY house on the lake with PRIVATE and DIRECT access to the water ( lake )….and 99 % of the year we eat outside on the terrace,as is protected by glass against wind and rain !
There is a yearly maintenance fee,incl.BASIC gardening,use of pool,tennis ranchitos ( monkey bar ) and electric gate,outside lighting,hauling of garbage ..$ 1500.- With this you can have use of the large covered, screened tennis court with a grandstand and special flooring, a large, crystal clear swimming pool with two ranchitos: one for BBQ parties with a table and grill and the Monkey Bar with exercise equipment and tables for playing cards, trading books from the library, having your drinks using the bar available or relaxing indoors. While inside you have a picture window facing the pool if you do not wish to swim. There is not much more one could have available for entertaining and enjoying our Pura Vida in Costa Rica.
