There is a gated entrance to this property and a few minutes up from the lake road, Route 142, and only five minutes from the growing town of Nuevo Arenal which is the most popular town on the lake and has a wonderful, friendly community where it is easy to make friends and good restaurants, shopping and activities.
A great benefit is that it is only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Liberia, the fast-growing capital city of Guanacaste Province, with all services as would be available in San Jose. That means no need for the long 4 hour drive to San Jose with its torturous traffic. The Liberia International Airport is also only another 10 minutes from Liberia and then another 20 minutes to the Pacific Beach of Playa Coco with many other wonderful beach choices up and down the Nicola Peninsula.
Our advantage on Lake Arenal is the cool breezes, fresh air from the forests and the purest drinking water in the country. The earth is so rich here everything grows quickly is it abounds with colorful tropical flowers land orchids like in Hawaii. The environment is absolutely magical and lowers your stress level immediately when you arrive.
