This well built home is above Nuevo Arenal with views of Lake Arenal.
It is a 2 story home. First floor can be used as a private apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but has access to the upstairs rooms for convenience.
The second floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with separate entrances for each room. For outdoor relaxing there is a full balcony overlooking Lake Arenal. It’s is perfect for a B&B, rental units or a large family.
The Town of Arenal is the first choice on Lake Arenal with its friendly 4000 population community. There are Many good restaurants and things to do in this friendly atmosphere. There is also healthy food as animals are grass fed and there is availability of organic foods, vegetables and fruit.
The area is tropical and green year round with clean air and abundant water from artesian wells. The average temperature here in our low mountain 2000 feet altitude is 70F. year round.
Arenal is in the northwest corner of Guanacaste Province so only 1 1/2 hours from the Liberia International Airport and another 20 minutes to the beautiful Pacific Nicoya beaches. You can go to the beach for a day, weekend or longer and be home quickly on all paved roads and the new Interamerican Hwy. There is no need to go to the heavily trafficked and stress producing big city of San José unless for something special occasionally. We have most of what you need here in the sumptuous environment of Lake Arenal with its tropical birds…toucans, parrots….and colorful tropical flowers and orchids. The stress level us verily low here. It’s Pura Vida at its best.
