The location is excellent. We are only 1 1/2 hours on all paved roads from Liberia, the capital our Guanacaste Province, where there is an International Airport and excellent shopping to rival that of San Jose without all the traffic problems. From Liberia, it is only a half hour to the Pacific Ocean with its beautiful beaches and resorts. You can go from home to the beach the same day or a for a longer time whenever you wish and return to the cooler climate of Lake Arenal which is an annual average of 70F. and stays green year round. You will enjoy the large covered front porch with this agreeable climate …like being on a constant vacation.
