El Aguacate is only 1 1/2 hours from the Liberia International Airport and the busy capital city of Guanacaste Province, Liberia, which is bustling and growing city. The Pacific Beaches are only 20 minutes from the airport or more as you select different beaches. You can drive to the Pacific Ocean in 2 hours from this wonderful cooler mountain home. We homeowners love the refreshing Arenal area but are appreciative of being close to the Pacific Beaches also. This home is ready to move into as soon as you wish since the owner just finished renovations which made it like new.
