This comfortable, residential Nuevo Arenal home is perfect for a couple to retire in and has a double lot so you could build a bodega or apartment in the back, extend the house, or have your own vegetable/herb/flower garden and fruit trees. Everything grows here and there is nothing like fresh juice to refresh you. The water and air are pure here due to local artesian wells cared for by the town council and the govt. forested areas which surround Arenal.
This sweet home has two bedrooms and one bathroom (the third bedroom is used as a laundry room/office) but could easily be converted.
The home is very secure in a good quiet neighborhood where little traffic goes by. A troop of monkeys from the lake area below the tree setback will greet you and also many of our colorful tropical birds. Neighbors know each other and are friendly. The home is furnished and ready to move into since it has been used as a rental by the owner who has another home here. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. It has a washer and dryer, 6 burner gas stove, refrigerator and good lighting.
This is an excellent situation and the owner is open to financing 50% of the cost at 6% interest short term. I personally recommend this home to anybody interested as it has been well cared for and all appliances are in good condition. Its especially nice to live on an end street facing a forested area as seeing greenery relaxes the body and mind unlike facing other man made structures.
