Arenal is only a short 1 1/2 hour drive to the Capital city of our Guanacaste Province, Liberia, where there is an International Airport, major shopping and then another 20 minutes to the Pacific Ocean beaches making it easy to go overnight or a weekend to the beach of your choice. Some share a beach house rental and each can have partial months to save money for enjoying mini vacations or take visiting friends and family to a totally different atmosphere. Arenal is also only 45 minutes from the #2 tourism town of La Fortuna, and 2 hours from the popular Monteverde Park. Relatives and friends love their visits.
