It is very private, with a gated entrance to this property at the end of a road but easy access to Route 142 and only five minutes from the growing town of Nuevo Arenal. It is also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to the fast growing capital city of Guanacaste Province, Liberia, with all services that would be available in San Jose. No need for the long drive to San Jose with its torturous traffic. The Liberia International Airport is also only another 10 minutes from Liberia and then another 20 minutes to the Pacific Beach of Playa Coco with many other wonderful beach choices up and down the Nicola Peninsula. Our advantage on Lake Arenal is the cool breezes, fresh air though the forests and the purest drinking water in the country. The earth is so rich here everything grows quickly. What a wonderful place to live – truly a very private Pura Vida.
