The location is within walking distance of all services and schools. If one did not have a car, it would be easy to get around. The bus service in Costa Rica is inexpensive and good – leaving 500 feet from this house. It would be perfect for a family with children who need a school nearby or for a couple who wanted to walk to town since it is located one block from the Arenal town center in a residential area with booming businesses and restaurants.
This home would also be excellent for a local small business. The 2 car garage is very large and the front door could be opened as a showroom for residents to visit. It is also reinforced to be totally secure.
The back of the house sits on a hillside with nothing to obstruct its view of Lake Arenal and forest below. There is a hillside covered area (canopied porch type area) which could be used for friendly BBQs or Yoga classes…giving the owner a variety of choices in a tranquil setting with a beautiful unhampered view of Lake Arenal through a forest of treetops.
