This well constructed home is in a community of six homes in a convenient area of Nuevo Arenal just 5 minutes from the town center. There is shopping available, many good restaurants and most needed facilities. It is a small, residential, very friendly laid-back low mountain/lake town of about 4000 residents mixed Costa Ricans and Ex-Pats mostly from the U.S.A. and Canada but also some Europeans.
Route 142 is called the Lake Road and is between the Municipality of Tilaran with 12,000 people ½ hour away and La Fortuna 1 hour away with the Arenal National Park, Hot Springs, hotels and tours, which is the second most popular tourism area in Costa Rica. From Nuevo Arenal you can get to the Liberia International Airports in under 2 hours and then on to the Pacific Beaches in another 20 minutes.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is unfurnished but you can make an offer on the furnishing if you are not bringing your own. It has a separate enclosed garage with a covered walkway to your home entrance. The gardens are well maintained with many tropical flowers and bushes.
Arenal is the most upscale town on the lake and it is the choice of most foreigners because of all the ex-Pat and shared community activities.
