Welcome to our Website

We, Catherine and John Nicholas, have been living on Lake Arenal, Costa Rica, since March 1991 and we know the Lake and Volcano Arenal area inside out. Most of our neighbors are also our friends and so we will be the first to know when a house or property comes up for sale. We also know their real value and condition, the reason for selling and much more.

Lucas Mongrito, our real estate partner, has lived in the Lake Arenal area all of his life and knows almost every house or property for sale. He was a mountain biking champion (has 20 trophies) practicing up and down these hills for many years. He also is a elected official for the town of Nuevo Arenal and is respected by all the local people. He speaks Spanish and English and is very knowledgeable about real estate.
